01Introduction — The Ambition

Deco Garden does not simply want a new website.

During our conversations, one ambition became very clear: the goal is to build one of the strongest websites in its category in Dubai.

That takes more than changing colours, images or layouts. It requires an understanding of the market, the competition and what a customer expects before they pick up the phone.

So before defining this proposal, we started with research.

We Started With Research

Before proposing a design direction for Deco Garden, we first looked at the market. We analysed leading landscaping, pool and outdoor living companies in Dubai and the UAE, and compared them with strong international examples.

Our objective was simple: understand what the strongest companies do well — and identify where Deco Garden can do better.

05Recommended Direction

From Landscaping Company to Outdoor Living Brand

This does not mean Deco Garden stops being a landscaping and maintenance company. It means the digital presentation feels more complete and more premium.

Deco Garden should be presented as a company capable of taking care of the complete outdoor environment — involved from the first idea, through construction, and continuing to care for the garden afterwards.

This allows Deco Garden to attract larger landscaping and pool projects while continuing to generate garden maintenance enquiries.

The landscaping industry often relies heavily on bright green and swimming-pool blue. We recommend a more refined palette that still feels natural, but positions Deco Garden closer to premium architecture and outdoor living.

We do not immediately start building pages in WordPress. First we create the complete website as a fully clickable design, so Deco Garden can navigate the proposed website before development begins.

It should feel almost like a working website at this stage. That lets us discuss and approve the experience first. After approval, we build exactly that approved direction in WordPress.

For a project of this scope — research, strategy, complete custom design, clickable prototype, content optimisation, WordPress development and launch — this is our normal project value.

Referral Partnership Rate

AED 6,000

Excluding 5% VAT

Because Deco Garden was introduced to Yousource through one of our existing clients, and because we see the potential for a long-term working relationship, we are offering a preferred project rate of AED 6,000 + 5% VAT.

A project of this scope would normally be positioned between AED 9,000 and AED 12,000 (excl. VAT).

Two Payment Options

Option 1 — Best Value

AED 6,000 + 5% VAT

100% paid upfront at project start. Total incl. VAT: AED 6,300.

Option 2 — Split Payment

AED 7,000 + 5% VAT

50% upfront (AED 3,500) and 50% on the day of delivery (AED 3,500). Total incl. VAT: AED 7,350.

All amounts are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT, which is added to the invoice. Both options include the full scope described in this proposal.

A clear, realistic planning starting the moment the proposal is approved.

Design

Kick-off, content collection and the complete custom design, presented as a clickable prototype for your feedback.

Week 2 – 3

Build

WordPress development of the approved design: all pages, project structure, forms and mobile behaviour.

Week 4

Optimise & Launch

Speed, SEO and AI-search readiness, final content refinements, testing and go-live.

After launch

Support

A short handover with guidance on managing projects and content yourself.

Total: approximately 4 weeks from approval, assuming content and feedback are provided in time.
